Furthermore contained in this recent image release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created development schemes to develop the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in notations in red and features a key labelling different parts of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for dock shelters.
